Botanical description and occurrence:
Tomato ‘White Beefsteak’ is cultivated as an annual plant in temperate climates. An indeterminate late cultivar, requires stacking and pruning, plant height is up to 2 m, fruits are ready for harvest after 80-85 days from transplanting. ‘White Beefsteak‘ has a creamy fruits that can weigh more than 500 grams. This cultivar is typically considered the largest and finest of the white tomato cultivars. Fruits are very mild and have a wonderful sweet flavor. ‘White Beefsteak‘ is an open-pollinated heirloom cultivar.
